Listing Agent Needed! We’re looking for a motivated Listing Agent to join a top-producing real estate team that offers consistent lead opportunities and reliable systems. This role is a strong fit for someone confident in handling listings, proactive with outreach, and ready to grow in a team-driven environment. You’ll work closely with experienced producers who provide hands-on support, collaboration, and guidance. With access to pre-screened seller leads, detailed training, and a strong support structure, you’ll have the tools to build momentum and strengthen your listing pipeline—earning rewarding commissions along the way. Responsibilities: • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing, so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Follow the expansion team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery • Close Sales Qualifications: • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Real Estate License • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Must live in the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 at plan
