Responsibilities: THE ROLE: You will be working directly with the Dwell West Homes asset management team, overseeing the Disposition/Resale of their investment properties - both their flip and rental investments. Some responsibilities include: • Own the management of our Dispo Pipeline from renovation handoff through the resale to the general public. • Act as the liaison for all in-house listings, including agent activities such as holding/scheduling Open Houses, coordinating showings, facilitating offer negotiation, etc. • Transaction coordination, including drafting and reviewing documents, communicating with escrow and agents, and anything else needed to get a deal to the finish line. • Assist the team with reviewing inspections, title, and disclosures, and completing diligence. • Provide market insight, suggestions, market plans, and opinion of value to the Asset Manager on assets. • Oversee the marketing and sale of our assets, including renovation handoff walks, staging, photography, listing agent selection, listing coordination, and file auditing. • Build relationships with agents and provide top-notch customer service throughout the disposition timeline. • Work with the project management team on requests for repair negotiation, VPs, and callbacks. • Weekly property visits as assigned (mainly in San Diego County). Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly
