We are looking for a high-level partner to eliminate distractions, protect high-value time, and elevate our listing operations. This isn't a "desk job"—it’s a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll manage the transformation of iconic homes from pre-listing to sold. Responsibilities: A Day In The Life You will be the "engine" of the team, moving seamlessly between office coordination and field-based project management. • Listing & Project Management: Lead the pre-listing process. You’ll coordinate photography, staging, and marketing materials while keeping every project on a strict timeline. • Renovation Oversight: Act as a liaison for home improvements, managing vendor schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure Eichler standards are met. • Transaction Coordination: Oversee the lifecycle of buyer and seller contracts, ensuring 100% compliance and hitting every deadline. • Client Concierge: Serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for clients, lenders, and escrow. • System Optimization: Refine workflows within Follow Up Boss and other platforms to keep the team scaling as technology evolves. Qualifications: The Candidate We Are Looking ForExperience: 3+ years supporting a high-producing residential agent or team. • Licensing: Active CA Real Estate License strongly preferred. • The "Eichler" Factor: A genuine appreciation for MCM architecture and the Sunnyvale aesthetic. • Logistics: You live within 40 minutes of Sunnyvale and have a personal vehicle for site visits. Your Technical Toolkit We are a tech-forward team. You should be proficient in: • CRM/Ops: Follow Up Boss, Active Pipe, Side, MLS • Contracts: Dotloop, ZipForms, DocuSign • Creative: Canva, Social Media Platforms, Google Suite Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
