    We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized listing coordinator to play a key role on our growing team. You’ll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing contracts, and enter MLS listings in the database. You’ll also arrange cleanings to prepare homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity. Responsibilities: • Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction • Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold • Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell • Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers • Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents Real Estate Closing Coordinator Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage all aspects of property listings, including data entry, photography, and marketing materials • Work closely with agents to ensure listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date • Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections • Monitor and update listing statuses and communicate with clients regularly • Assist with social media and online marketing efforts to maximize property exposure • Track and analyze listing performance and provide regular reports to agents and clients • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience • Stay current with industry trends, local market conditions, and best practices Qualifications: • Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person • Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus • Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs • Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license • Must have an Active real estate license • Must have prior real estate experience (minimum 2 years) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and platforms • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Ideal candidates must love helping agents succeed! Compensation: $40,000 at plan commission + bonus

    $40,000 per year
