Compensation: • Wage depending upon experience • 401(k) Plan with company match Responsibilities: • Overall responsibility for company listings, start to finish (non-sales) • Training agents on Listing processes • Direct interaction with the Listing side vendors • Keep forms and processes up to date with changes in the industry • Full-time or Part-time position • In office or remote with work in the field Qualifications: • Real estate experience preferred, but not required • Strong Organizational Skills – Able to manage multiple listings, deadlines, and moving parts without letting anything fall through the cracks • Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in listing data, documents, and marketing materials • Excellent Communication Skills – Professional verbal and written communication with agents, clients, vendors, and internal staff • Process-Oriented – Understands the importance of following and improving systems for listing intake, preparation, marketing, and coordination • Customer Service Mindset – Prioritizes a positive client and agent experience throughout the listing process Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
