Responsibilities: • Collect and synthesize listing data from various sources, including builders, the CEO, architectural plans, photos, and prior listings • Enter complete, accurate, and compelling MLS listings with precision and timeliness • Coordinate photography, staging, sign installation, and lockbox scheduling to meet and exceed launch timelines • Use AI tools and sales strategies to craft persuasive listing descriptions and marketing captions • Keep builders/developers, transaction coordinators, and internal team members informed on all listing milestones and updates • Track down missing data proactively and solve problems independently • Maintain spreadsheets and project platforms with up-to-date, organized, and shareable information • Review offers with exceptional attention to detail, identify potential issues, and summarize terms to streamline negotiations • Make strategic follow-up calls to buyer agents and interested parties to gauge engagement and loop in the lead sales agent • Schedule and verify open houses for all active listings weekly • Own loose ends and ensure no task slips through the cracks Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Real Estate License • 2+ years of experience in real estate coordination, administration, or MLS input preferred • Familiarity with HAR MLS, Supra, and common real estate platforms • Exceptional communication and organization skills • Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving instincts • Comfortable using or learning AI tools for content and workflow optimization Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
