Responsibilities: • Coordinate Pre-Listing Activities: Schedule photography, staging, inspections, and gather all necessary documents (e.g., seller disclosures, property questionnaires, title reports). • Input & Maintain MLS Listings: Enter accurate listing data into the MLS, including photos, remarks, and property details; ensure timely updates and compliance with MLS rules. • Prepare & Review Listing Documents: Draft listing agreements and ensure all required paperwork is complete, signed, and uploaded to the brokerage system for compliance. • Communicate with Clients & Agents: Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers during the listing phase; maintain consistent communication with the listing agent, sellers, and cooperating agents. • Manage Listing Marketing Materials: Coordinate with the Social Media Marketing team for online posts and open house promotions; personally handle the creation and distribution of flyers and direct mail marketing. • Manage Showings, Feedback & Open Houses: Schedule and coordinate property showings and open houses; track showing activity and follow up with agents for feedback to share with the listing agent and seller. • Track Listing Timelines & Deadlines: Monitor important dates (listing launch, price adjustments, offer deadlines), keeping agents and sellers informed. • Support Offer Review & Negotiation: Receive, organize, and summarize offers for agent review; draft counteroffers as instructed by the listing agent; ensure sellers are informed and prepared for decision-making. Qualifications: • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, tasks, and files with accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. • Real Estate Knowledge & Experience: Familiarity with listing documents, MLS entry, and real estate marketing processes; prior experience in a real estate office or listing support role preferred. • Strong Communication & Client Service Abilities: Professional, proactive communicator who can confidently interact with agents, clients, and vendors to ensure a smooth listing experience. • Tech-Savvy & Marketing-Oriented: Comfortable using CRM platforms, MLS systems, and basic design or printing tools for flyers and direct mail; able to collaborate effectively with marketing and social media teams. Compensation: $52,000 Base + Comprehensive Benefits Package
