    Team Kelli Lang RE/MAX Gateway is hiring a Listing & Agent Support Coordinator to work in-office full time. This hybrid role is equal parts listing management and agent support, designed for someone who thrives on staying organized, keeping people on track, and creating seamless systems behind the scenes. You’ll be a key part of ensuring our listings run smoothly and our agents are supported every step of the way—with a little fun and a whole lot of service along the way. This is an in-office position in our Anacortes office only. Responsibilities: Listing Coordination (50%) • Manage all listing tasks from intake to pending: schedule photos, signage, inspections, and pre-listing repairs. • Prepare MLS entries and listing packets, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Track key listing dates and deadlines, keeping agents and clients informed. • Maintain communication with sellers, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations. Agent Support & Sales Management (50%) • Act as the central support hub for our sales agents—helping with scheduling, follow-ups, and staying on top of client pipelines. • Monitor team production dashboards and weekly KPIs; provide updates and reminders to agents as needed. • Assist with onboarding new agents, setting up systems, and coordinating internal trainings or meetings. • Help ensure agents have what they need to stay focused on sales—removing roadblocks and streamlining systems. Office Coordination • Greet clients and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth. • Answer phones, manage office inventory, and support day-to-day operations. • Maintain organized files and digital records for listings, transactions, and agent activity. • Jump in on special projects as needed—we’re a team-first kind of place. Qualifications: • Prior experience in real estate admin, listing coordination , or project management is a strong plus. • Top-tier organizational skills and ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication ; confident on the phone and clear in follow-ups. • Proficient in tech platforms like MLS systems, CRM tools, Google Workspace (or MS Office). • Service-oriented mindset —you love making things easier for others and stepping up before you’re asked. • A true team player —positive attitude, coachable, and always ready to pitch in where needed. • Real estate license is a bonus (or willingness to get one in the future). • In-office availability, Monday–Friday, ideally 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly DOE
