    Listing Coordinator – High-Performing Team (Sherman Oaks) A top-producing real estate agent with Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a polished, highly organized, and extremely detail-oriented assistant to join a fast-paced, high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and takes pride in delivering polished, error-free work. Responsibilities: • Manage pre-listing and listing preparation, including assembling presentations • Coordinate photography, staging, and vendor scheduling • Input and manage listings in the MLS • Maintain and execute listing checklists and timelines • Schedule showings and track agent feedback • Coordinate and assist with broker opens (set-up and breakdown) • Support marketing initiatives and special projects • Answer phones and assist with occasional administrative errands • The applicant may be needed on some weekends Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of real estate assistant experience • Exceptional attention to detail—nothing falls through the cracks • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication • Professional demeanor and presentation • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Apple/Mac systems • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Minimum of 3 professional references Compensation: $65,000+ yearly based on experience
