Team Kelli Lang RE/MAX Gateway—the #1 RE/MAX team in Washington—is hiring a Listing Coordinator to join our in-house team in Anacortes, WA. This role is best suited for someone with MLS experience or a strong real estate background who brings sharp critical thinking, strong organization, and the ability to solve problems without waiting to be told what to do. As our Listing Coordinator, you will own the listing process from pre-list to live on the market. You’ll prepare price opinions, manage listing data, coordinate vendors, and ensure every detail is correct, compliant, and on time. You are the behind-the-scenes driver making sure our listings launch smoothly, and clients feel confident and cared for. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who takes pride in being reliable, proactive, and highly detail-oriented. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain real estate databases and systems (CTE, Follow Up Boss, Shaker, Paperless Pipeline) with a high standard for accuracy and consistency • Prepare, coordinate, and track listing documents using Transaction Desk and Authentisign • Serve as the main point of contact for sellers during the pre-listing phase, guiding them through the steps needed for a successful market launch • Enter, upload, and verify MLS listings, including photos, supplements, and remarks, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Coordinate and confirm staging, photography, signage, and lockbox installation • Communicate with escrow, title, vendors, and cooperating agents to keep timelines on track • Monitor each listing from pre-list through active status and update internal systems and reports accordingly • Deliver a high-touch, professional experience so sellers feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process • Ensure all listings meet MLS, local board, and brokerage compliance standards • Identify and suggest improvements to systems, workflows, and processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors Qualifications: • Strong computer proficiency; MLS experience strongly preferred • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills • Proven ability to manage deadlines independently and follow through without constant supervision • Confident, polished, and professional with both clients and team members • Prior experience in real estate or a transaction-focused or customer-facing role is highly desired • Familiarity with Authentisign, ShowingTime, and real estate CRMs is a plus • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ownership over your work • Quick learner who adapts easily to new systems and evolving processes • Comfortable taking initiative, making decisions, and being accountable for results • Process-driven with high personal standards for accuracy and performance • Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in shared success • Reliable, direct communicator who values doing things correctly and efficiently Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
