The Listing & Distribution Associate ensures that rates, fees, availability, policies, content, and property data are syncing and displaying correctly across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Own listing health and connectivity across the PMS (Streamline), channel manager (Rentals United), direct booking website, and OTAs, proactively identifying and resolving sync errors, mapping issues, disconnected listings, API errors, and other integration problems.
- Manage the full listing lifecycle, including setup, integration, activation, mapping, maintenance, temporary deactivation, reactivation, and offboarding across all applicable systems and channels.
- Verify rates, fees, taxes, availability, restrictions, cancellation policies, occupancy, content, and other settings are pushing and displaying correctly across channels, troubleshooting discrepancies before they impact guests or revenue.
- Conduct recurring listing health audits to identify connectivity issues, missing content, suppressed or inactive listings, incorrect configurations, duplicate listings, synchronization failures, OTA warnings, and other issues affecting bookability or performance.
- Troubleshoot technical listing issues by identifying the root cause, determining whether the issue originates within the PMS, channel manager, OTA, website, or configuration, and coordinating with platform support or internal teams when escalation is required.
- Optimize listing performance and merchandising through photography sequencing, titles, amenities, descriptions, property attributes, search filters, OTA settings, and other factors that influence visibility and conversion.
- Maintain accurate portfolio tracking for active and inactive listings, channel status, listing IDs, URLs, integrations, subscriptions, paid programs, recurring fees, and other listing-related services.
- Write and maintain accurate, conversion-focused listing content, translating property features into clear guest benefits while ensuring descriptions, amenities, sleeping arrangements, policies, and property details remain consistent across channels.
- Partner with Revenue, Marketing, Operations, and Guest Experience to resolve listing issues, launch new properties, implement property changes, improve underperforming listings, and ensure distribution strategy supports broader business goals.
