We are currently hiring a Real Estate Listing Manager to join our growing team in Chantilly, VA. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annuallyHealth Insurance: 50% of individual premiums are covered by the employer • Optional Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with employer match (after 6 months) • Employer-paid Life Insurance & Short-Term Disability • Optional Long-Term Disability coverage • 2 weeks paid vacation + 3 PTO days (accrued) • Paid bi-monthly (15th and last day of the month) Responsibilities: Your Role as a Real Estate Listing Manager As the Listing Manager , you’ll ensure every home listed by EmpowerHome is beautifully prepared, effectively marketed, and efficiently managed from start to finish. You’ll be the key liaison between sellers, agents, vendors, and marketing — keeping everything organized and on track. Project Management: • Coordinate property preparation, photography, staging, and showings. • Manage timelines and ensure every listing meets EmpowerHome standards. Marketing & Promotion: • Write and edit engaging, SEO-optimized property descriptions. • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings across MLS, social media, and digital platforms. Client Communication: • Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers and agents. • Deliver clear, consistent updates and 5-star service from pre-listing to under contract. Listing Oversight: • Verify MLS accuracy, order signage and lockboxes, and oversee every step of the listing process. • Ensure all listings are launched on time and presented at a professional standard. Systems & Compliance: • Maintain accurate CRM and listing records. • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, MLS regulations, and company policies. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Experience in real estate operations, listing coordination, or marketing (preferred). • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and MLS platforms. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance culture. • Calm under pressure with a passion for delivering world-class client service.Motivated to grow your career in real estate operations and management.
