What You’ll Get: • Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually • Health insurance • Paid time off • Flexible schedule • Employee discount • Referral program Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the listing process, ensuring each property is presented at its best • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the listing journey • Collaborate with photographers and stagers • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all listings, ensuring compliance with industry standards • Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize property exposure and attract potential buyers • Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their listings Qualifications: • 3+ years in customer service or project coordination • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM tools) Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary
