Listing Project Coordinator Full-Time | In-Office (Walnut Creek, CA) | Salaried (Exempt) The Renée White Team is seeking a Listing Project Coordinator to lead the operational side of bringing homes to market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, coordinating many moving parts, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Each listing functions like its own project. From the moment a listing agreement is signed until the home goes under contract, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution required to prepare the property for market. This role is less about checking boxes and more about owning the process—anticipating what needs to happen next, coordinating vendors and team members, and keeping everything moving forward on schedule. You’ll work closely with the listing agent and operations team to ensure each home launches prepared, on time, and at the highest standard. Location and Schedule: • Walnut Creek, CA • Full-time, in-office • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM This role is responsible for ensuring listings stay on schedule. At times, work may extend beyond standard hours to meet important deadlines or coordinate time-sensitive vendor work. Responsibilities: What You'll Own • Oversee the preparation and launch of multiple residential listings • Coordinate property preparation, including vendors, improvements, staging, and photography • Manage listing timelines to ensure properties launch on schedule • Track vendor estimates, invoices, and improvement budgets • Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal team members • Identify potential delays or issues early and drive solutions • Ensure each listing meets the team’s quality and presentation standards Qualifications: Required • 2–3+ years of experience in real estate operations, listing coordination, transaction coordination, or project management • Strong organization and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional property visits Preferred • Experience in residential real estate listing operations • Familiarity with vendor coordination and property preparation • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, MLS systems, Canva, and CRM platforms A California real estate license is not required, but candidates should be open to obtaining one within the first year.
