Responsibilities: What you’ll do: • Prepare and organize listing paperwork, maintain listing files and databases • Schedule listing appointments and coordinate marketing efforts • Answer phones, respond to emails, and perform general office duties Qualifications: What you bring (must-haves): • HS diploma or equivalent; strong organizational skills • Proficiency in MS Office; experience in real estate or customer service preferred • Valid Texas driver's license Nice-to-haves: • MLS and transaction platform knowledge • Texas real estate license or pursuing one Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
