Rise Real Estate is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Listings Assistant to support our listings department with start to finish management of residential listings. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative real estate environment and is eager to play a critical role in helping listings run smoothly and efficiently from initial agreement to closing. We are a Sherman Oaks based Real Estate team looking to fill an in-office position. The role will be part-time. Responsibilities: • Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database • Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers • Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals • Prepare and manage residential listing agreements in coordination with agents and leadership • Input and manage listings in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), with a focus on SRAR and CLAW platforms • Maintain and update listing management spreadsheets with status changes, price updates, escrow activity, and closing data • Partner with the marketing team to ensure every listing has complete, timely marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.) • Track marketing material delivery and approvals to meet property launch and open house deadlines Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • 1–2 years of experience in a real estate support or transaction coordination role • Familiarity with residential listing processes and documents • Proficiency with MLS platforms, especially SRAR and CLAW • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet time-sensitive deadlines • Comfortable working in Google Workspace and spreadsheet-based systems • Familiarity with systems such as Follow Up Boss, SISU, and Slack • A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
