Responsibilities: • Correspond with field teams and customers on any service details and special requests • Arrange service calls with customers and field team • Log customer complaints and service tech notes We are currently seeking an organized and responsible maintenance coordinator to triage maintenance requests, direct maintenance operations, and document repairs. We are a residential property management company and direct the maintenance efforts of almost 400 residential rental houses in Colorado. The ideal candidate will understand residential mechanical and technical work, have excellent leadership and supervisory skills, be highly organized, have a strong ability to multi-task and be a great communicator. You will: • Create a work environment with safety as a high priority • Perform evaluations of employees to ensure the quality of work • Record and track daily progress reports • Maintain vendor relationships and order new materials as needed • Create and adhere to maintenance budgets • Establish, manage, and maintain schedules for all residences • Oversee, manage, and direct all maintenance procedures and operations • Assess current maintenance work processes to optimize efficiency • Manage employees and work orders proactively • Use data analysis to help prepare for and prevent future problems • Oversee repairs from start to finish Qualifications: • Exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred • Candidate should be comfortable working with people in dynamic and stressful conditions • Previous work in a customer-facing position • Organizational skills and capability to prioritize a must • Ability to multi-task, and maintain professionalism under stress • Occasional weekend, evening, or night work as needed • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field preferred • 3+ years relevant experience in maintenance and dispatching • Extensive knowledge of a variety of mechanical systems • Previous managerial experience highly preferred • Experience managing multiple vendors simultaneously • Ability to consistently maintain positive client relationships • Can effectively and efficiently handle administrative responsibilities • Makes safety a priority at all times • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite) and a solid understanding of other software (Appfolio) Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 yearly
