    Online Adult Program Coordinator Literacy Achieves in Dallas, TX is seeking an exceptional Online Adult Program Manager to join our dedicated team. As the Online Adult Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of online classes, coordinating with volunteer teachers, and providing support to adult learners. Responsibilities: Adult Program - Volunteers: • Assist in recruiting, orienting, and training volunteers; fill in as online classroom teacher as needed • Coordinate volunteer schedule for all online classes • Maintain regular communication with volunteers electronically • Maintain statistical records including contact info and volunteer hours • Provide ongoing curriculum, lesson planning, teaching strategies, and technical support to volunteer teachers throughout the semester • Maintain and distribute teacher resources Adult Program - Students: • Manage recruitment, application process, and communications for new students • Manage student intake, including registration, orientation, assessment, and placement of all students • Maintain statistical records for all students • Manage administration of end-of-semester assessments and other outcome measurements • Coordinate recognition events and awards for students Administrative/Facilities/Community: • Determine material and supply needs on an ongoing basis, ensuring the program stays within budget • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in online programs Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field • Strong knowledge of online learning platforms and technology • Excellent organizational and coordinating skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Available Tuesday/Thursday Evenings • Microsoft Office Skills (Determined by an Assessment) and Salesforce required Compensation: $32,000 - $38,000 yearly
