Responsibilities
- Prepare, under the direction of the lead interventionist, appropriate literacy intervention plans and materials.
- Provide literacy interventions to students in small groups or one-on-one as scheduled.
- Collect and record literacy intervention data as required by the intervention.
- Share intervention data with the classroom teacher to ensure the assimilation of learned literacy skills back into the classroom setting.
- Meet regularly with the lead interventionist at a designated time for planning and evaluating students’ progress.
- Attend professional training sessions.
