    Job Description

Given literature is the name of our game, we are looking for a hyper-conscientious publisher relations expert with years of experience acquiring all-star content for our World Class Luminaries.  You will be working with teams of top performers like Stephen Curry, Malala, and Richard Branson to develop their content and title choices. You are a literature enthusiast at heart, but you don’t let your biases drive the bus.  You are sensitive to the theme and message of each Luminary and work tirelessly to discover, source and promote their individual message like your own.

You are extremely versed in how your deal structures play out in high volume wholesale Special Markets orders as well as Licensing and Sub-Rights agreements. You are completely versed across the big 5 publishers and can navigate titles from anywhere.

Your love for books and Literati’s customers would make you rather go hungry than put simply “good” literature into the world because quite honestly you are the type that never, ever, settles. You are as extraordinary a team member as the books we meticulously source, meaning at the end of the day, you are an individual contributor of epic proportions and the loops in the roller coaster ain’t no thang (read: you are a terrific problem solver). The wilder the ride, the hungrier you are to chart new territory within yourself.
