Job Description
As a PAYROLL AND BENEFITS SPECIALIST on our People team, you'll be an essential part of creating a supportive environment for our organization, making sure our employees get paid on time, and building great benefits packages. You'll be responsible for all-things-payroll and should be up to speed on current US and State regulations. You'll also administer our benefits, including open enrollment, 401k, all types of employee leaves, and more. Working on a small People team at a growing company presents many growth opportunities and the ability to build solid relationships and learn from each (exceptional) team member.

ABOUT THE ROLE
To be equitable to all Literatians, we have set compensation, and a non-negotiation policy- a person's pay should not be determined by how comfortable they are negotiating. As a result, we like to be transparent and up-front about the compensation. When we make an offer, we provide options so that employees can choose between compensation packages that prioritize salary or equity. The salary band for this role will be between $75,000 - $85,000. All offers are informed by your experience, tenure, and level of expertise - to be determined through the interview process.
