Fischetti Law Group is a fast-growing, plaintiff-focused law firm seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to support our Personal Injury Protection (PIP), Personal Injury, and Consumer Protection litigation practice.

About the Role
This position focuses heavily on litigation support, including the review, generation, and filing of lawsuits. You will be assigned a specific attorney and case load, allowing you to take ownership of your files and work efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Review, prepare, and file lawsuits in PIP, Personal Injury, and Consumer Protection matters
Manage an assigned litigation case load for a designated attorney
Draft pleadings, lawsuits and other litigation documents
File documents through the Florida E-Portal and Clerk of Courts systems
Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files
Communicate internally with attorneys and staff to move cases efficiently
Qualifications
Prior experience in a legal setting is strongly preferred, particularly in litigation
Familiarity with Florida court systems, including Clerk of Courts and E-Portal filing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Ability to handle a fast-paced workload with professionalism and accuracy
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
