Pérez Law is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Coordinator/Assistant to help manage and streamline our expanding docket. This is a critical role in supporting our attorneys and co-counsel through the litigation phase of personal injury cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Track all litigated personal injury cases and maintain accurate records of deadlines, court dates, and milestones.
Prepare and serve discovery responses in coordination with co-counsel and internal legal teams.
Request, compile, and organize subpoenaed records, including medical and employment records.
Coordinate and schedule depositions, medical evaluations (e.g., IMEs/CMEs), and court appearances.
Act as liaison between Pérez Law and co-counsel, ensuring timely case updates, demand packages, and collaborative communication.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in PI litigation support or case coordination.
Strong understanding of California civil procedure, discovery, and case deadlines.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with legal case management software (MerusCase a plus).
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred but not required.
