Stalwart Law Group, a highly respected boutique civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, specializing in the representation of injured victims, is seeking a full-time litigation assistant to join our medical malpractice team. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years medical malpractice litigation experience.

This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of one day a week in-person at the West Hollywood location.

Responsibilities include handling all aspects of medical malpractice claims from A-Z: frequent client contact, requesting medical records, calendaring, filing, drafting complaints, pleadings, discovery, arbitration and mediation briefs and assisting with pre-trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
• Experience handling high volume of medical malpractice cases
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, experts and opposition counsel
• Tech savvy and comfortable working in a paperless system
• Time management and attention to detail is imperative
• Team oriented and independently capable
• Knowledge and experience with firm systems: Slack, Clio, Asana, Dropbox
• Exceptional organizational skills plus effective oral and written communication skills
