    Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm with an immediate need for a highly qualified Antitrust Associate.

    The firm’s nationally recognized Litigation & Trial Department is seeking a motivated and skilled associate to join its expanding Antitrust team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of substantive experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control, with strong familiarity across key statutes such as the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, and Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle complex antitrust matters including litigation, investigations, and merger clearance.

    • Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws, regulatory issues, and economic competition.

    • Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and discovery responses.

    • Support all stages of litigation, including depositions, trial prep, and client communications.

    • Engage in merger review processes and coordinate with government enforcement agencies.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.

    • Strong academic credentials and JD from an accredited law school.

    • Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

    • Licensed to practice or eligible to waive into one of the firm's listed jurisdictions.

    • Prior experience with an Am Law firm or relevant government agency is a plus.
