Job Description
ERRA Law is seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its litigation group. The associate will work closely with partners representing clients in construction, real estate, and other types of commercial disputes. The associate will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and will also be responsible for managing assigned cases, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, and communicating with and updating clients. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, responsible and responsive, and will have litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar.
