We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of five years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience. This attorney will report directly to the Managing Attorney and will have primary responsibility for managing their own litigation caseload from filing through trial or resolution. The Litigation Associate Attorney will independently oversee a docket of personal injury cases, including but not limited to: Motor vehicle accidents Trucking and commercial vehicle collisions Motorcycle accidents Pedestrian accidents Premises liability matters Government tort claims Catastrophic injury casesThe ideal candidate is a strategic litigator who can confidently manage cases, develop litigation plans, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, negotiate settlements, and prepare cases for trial.This position also includes supervisory responsibility over assigned paralegals and case managers to ensure efficient case progression and exceptional client service. Responsibilities: Manage a full litigation caseload from filing through resolution. Develop case strategy and litigation plans. Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. Conduct plaintiff, witness, expert, and defendant depositions. Prepare and argue motions. Attend court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and arbitrations. Retain and work closely with medical, liability, economic, and other experts. Analyze liability, causation, damages, and insurance coverage issues. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel. Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, motions in limine, and trial strategy. Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding case status and strategy. Qualifications: Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience. Demonstrated experience managing a litigation caseload independently. Strong working knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure and Rules of Court. Experience handling depositions, mediations, law and motion practice, and settlement negotiations. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Strong organizational and case management abilities. Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with legal support staff. Compensation: $150,000 Plus Bonus
