Litigation Associate Attorney
Location: Kennebunk, Maine
Full-Time | General Practice

A well-established, collegial general practice law firm in Kennebunk, Maine is seeking a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in civil litigation. Additional experience in real estate, corporate law, estate planning, or other complementary practice areas is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation matters, including legal research, discovery, and court appearances

• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Provide legal advice and support across various practice areas

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Admission to the Maine State Bar (or eligibility to waive in)

• 2–5 years of experience in litigation and/or transactional real estate

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently

• A client-focused mindset and high ethical standards
