    Hurley Elder Care Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to lead and manage our Guardianship and Conservatorship cases. This is a full-time in-office role based in our Vinings location—ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As a key member of our legal team, you will represent clients in contested and uncontested guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, work closely with families in crisis, and contribute to our holistic life care planning approach that prioritizes both legal and care outcomes. Responsibilities: • Handle all stages of guardianship and conservatorship cases, including petitions, hearings, and post-death conservatorship closings and probate • Appear regularly in local probate courts and manage court filings, accountings, and reports • Collaborate with our team to identify asset protection strategies and support long-term care planning • Communicate with clients about hourly billing, retainers, and updates throughout their matter • Maintain meticulous client files and case notes in accordance with firm procedures • Learn to perform other elder law services offered by Hurley Elder Care Law Qualifications: • Active Georgia law license • 3+ years of litigation experience (probate/elder law preferred) • Familiarity with local probate courts and hourly billing practices • Strong courtroom presence and attention to detail • Adaptable and comfortable working on the court’s schedule • Commitment to a team-oriented, service-driven approach Compensation: $100,000+
