We’re looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney who’s ready to own their cases, bring courtroom energy, and help push litigation files toward powerful resolutions.

What You’ll Do
Manage your own caseload of personal injury litigation files from complaint to close
Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Take and defend depositions (plaintiffs, witnesses, experts, you name it)
Argue motions in court and represent clients at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Oversee litigation support staff and collaborate with your case team
Keep everything moving on time—court deadlines, filings, client communications
Leverage the firm’s CRM to track, communicate, and keep cases flowing
What You Bring
J.D. from an accredited law school + active California Bar license - 2+ years of litigation experience (personal injury a strong plus)
Strong understanding of California Civil Procedure
Confident writer and compelling oral advocate
Comfortable handling depositions and motion hearings
Organized, efficient, and tech-savvy
Clear communicator who builds rapport with clients and colleagues
Driven, humble, and hungry to grow
