    Megeredchian Law is a personal injury law firm based in Burbank, CA. We specialize in car accident cases and are known for delivering outstanding results for our clients. We’re currently seeking a qualified Litigation Associate to join our growing Litigation Department.

    The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing a personal injury litigation caseload from the filing of a complaint through trial. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

    Required qualifications:

    Minimum 2-5 years of personal injury litigation experience as an attorney.

    Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.

    Be able to work under strict deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Be able to handle a large caseload.

    Strong legal research and analysis.

    Strong legal writing skills.

    Law and motion experience.

    Well organized and detail oriented.

    Reliable and punctual.

    Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

    Responsibilities:

    Day-to-day handling of cases from filing of the complaint to trial.

    Communication with opposing counsel.

    Taking and defending depositions of parties and witnesses.

    Making court appearances.

    Reviewing drafted documents from staff.

    Auditing litigation case files.

    Trial preparation.

    Settlement negotiations.

    Settlement/dispositive proceedings [Mediations, arbitrations, etc.]

    Provide legal opinions to clients.
