We’re looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney who is licensed in California, but can live anywhere in the U.S. If you’re comfortable managing litigation files, showing up for hearings as needed, and thrive in a remote-first environment—we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Manage your own caseload of California personal injury litigation files
Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and motions
Take and defend depositions (remote and in-person when required)
Represent clients at motion hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Collaborate with your litigation support team and case managers
Communicate regularly with clients and meet court-imposed deadlines
Use our cloud-based systems to keep cases moving efficiently
What You Bring
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active California Bar License (required)
2+ years of litigation experience (PI preferred)
Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Comfortable with Zoom, cloud platforms, and remote collaboration
Willingness to travel to California for hearings or depositions when necessary
Professional, responsive, and detail-oriented
Independent, accountable, and driven to grow
