Litigation Associate – Construction & Casualty (2–6 Years)

HHMR is a boutique litigation firm representing builders, developers, and contractors throughout Colorado in complex construction defect and casualty matters. We are seeking attorneys with 2–6 years of litigation experience who want meaningful, hands-on involvement in cases and a clear path for professional growth. This role is ideal for attorneys who want to do more than support cases. Attorneys at HHMR take depositions, draft and argue motions, work directly with clients and experts, and participate in case strategy from the outset. Construction litigation experience is helpful but not required. Strong litigation fundamentals, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn are essential. You will work alongside experienced attorneys who are recognized leaders in construction litigation, within a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on achieving excellent results efficiently. Qualifications: • Experience in litigation, with a focus on construction and casualty cases, for two to six years. • Ability to lead and manage cases from inception to resolution, ensuring alignment with client goals. • Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and arguing motions effectively. • Experience conducting depositions and interviews with witnesses and experts. • Ability to collaborate with clients to develop case strategies that align with their business objectives. • Experience participating in settlement negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes. • Strong research and analytical skills to support case strategies and enhance litigation outcomes. Compensation: $110,000+ yearly DOE
