Couch White LLP, a leading business law firm headquartered in Albany, New York, is seeking a talented and motivated attorney with a minimum of three (3) years' experience to join our Commercial Litigation and Construction Practice Group.

_ Our office is located in Albany, NY, and will require a commute or relocation._

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

• Exceptional research, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in commercial litigation (required)
• Background in construction law and/or labor and employment law (preferred)
• A team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to client and firm success
• Admission to the New York State Bar (required)
