About the Role Hiring a mid-to-senior level employment litigation associate to join a Washington and national employment law practice, based in the Seattle office. The associate will focus on employment defense litigation, handling complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters on behalf of employer-side clients.
Looking for someone with 3+ years of experience (hiring according to JD year listed), ideally from a large defense firm or a sophisticated boutique handling employment defense. The search has been broadened to include general litigators willing to pivot into employment law, and candidates open to relocating to Seattle. The Seattle legal market is small, so this expanded scope is a real opportunity for candidates looking to break into a strong employment practice at a well-regarded national firm.
The associate must be a member or pending member of the Washington State Bar.
