Litigation Associate – General Litigation Providence, RI (Hybrid flexibility available)

Full-Time  $120,000 – $150,000/year

The Role We're seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–7 years of commercial litigation experience to join a thriving general litigation practice. You'll work on complex commercial disputes alongside senior attorneys, with increasing responsibility over time.

Responsibilities Draft and argue motions, manage discovery and pleadings, participate in depositions, assist in trials and hearings, conduct legal research, and develop litigation strategy with senior attorneys. Billable goal of 1,800–1,900 hours.

Ideal Candidate 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience, strong oral advocacy and writing skills, comfortable with client-facing responsibilities, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Multi-state admission preferred.

Requirements Must be admitted and in good standing in Rhode Island. CT admission strongly preferred; MA a plus. Must be a U.S. citizen. CT, RI, or MA-based candidates strongly preferred.
