    Overview:
    A dynamic and well-regarded legal team is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience in general commercial litigation. This full-time position offers a more predictable work schedule than traditional law firm roles, providing an excellent work-life balance while maintaining challenging and meaningful legal work.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle all phases of commercial litigation, from initial case assessment through trial preparation.

    • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.

    • Participate in depositions, court appearances, and settlement negotiations.

    • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and litigation teams on complex matters.

    • Manage multiple cases efficiently and ensure compliance with deadlines and court requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

    • Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.

    • 3–5 years of experience in general commercial litigation.

    • Preferred experience in product liability, toxic and mass torts, and personal injury.

    • Excellent legal research and writing skills.

    • Strong academic record.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
