The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 5+ years of experience in state and federal litigation , including handling disputes before Georgia State Courts, Federal Courts.

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs.
• A proven ability to manage complex cases and navigate procedural intricacies in both state and federal litigation.
• Outstanding client interaction skills , with a focus on delivering exceptional service to businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
• A stable work history with a track record of success in litigation.
• Georgia Bar licensure in good standing (or the ability to waive in).
