Role: Litigation Associate

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Duration: full-time position with the ability to work remotely a few days per week.

Skills:

• Candidates must have 2+ years of litigation practice experience and an active Pennsylvania Bar license.
• Experience working with e-discovery software
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
