In this role, you’ll work closely with a talented group of litigators to represent clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, as well as trust and probate disputes. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in probate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and estate-related conflicts. • Representing clients in civil litigation matters. • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery requests. • Provide guidance to clients on their rights, options, and strategies for resolving disputes. • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to effectively manage caseloads and meet client needs. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Licensed to practice law in California. • 4+ years of experience in civil and/or probate litigation. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to advocate effectively in court and during negotiations. • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Compensation: $145,000+ depending on experience
