What You'll Do:

• Lead the charge in commercial and civil litigation in both state and federal courts.
• Represent a diverse range of clients through every phase of litigation, from initiation to trial.
• Make your presence felt at court appearances, hearings, depositions, and conferences.
• Conduct cutting-edge legal research and manage discovery investigations.
• Draft everything from motions to settlement agreements , ensuring every word counts.
• Negotiate strategically with opposing counsel to secure favorable outcomes.
• Provide clients with clear, confident advice , keeping them informed every step of the way.

What You Bring:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of hands-on litigation experience , with a proven track record.
• Exceptional organizational skills to juggle competing deadlines and priorities.
• Top-notch writing and communication skills that command attention in briefs and the boardroom.
• A knack for building strong, cohesive relationships with colleagues, clients, and opposing counsel.
