    We are seeking a driven and accomplished litigation attorney. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in the courtroom, and is passionate about advocating for clients. This attorney will manage cases from intake through trial, take ownership of their caseload, and work collaboratively with our team to maximize results. Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills are essential, along with a relentless work ethic and a commitment to achieving justice for clients. Compensation: Highly competitive salary + bonus Responsibilities: • Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients • Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used proceedings and contract negotiations • Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff • Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently • Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys Manage a full caseload from initial investigation through verdict or settlementHandle all aspects of litigation: depositions, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, and trialsDevelop case strategies and prepare compelling arguments for trialCommunicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and team membersParticipate in firmwide strategy meetings, case reviews, and mentorship opportunities Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients • Willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base • Candidates must have passed the bar exam • Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school • Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA) J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in Florida and in good standingExceptional written and oral advocacy skillsAbility to manage cases independently and work effectively in a team environmentDeep knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and EvidencePassion for representing injured individuals and delivering justice

    • Manage a full caseload from initial investigation through verdict or settlement • Handle all aspects of litigation: depositions, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, and trials • Develop case strategies and prepare compelling arguments for trial • Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and team members • Participate in firmwide strategy meetings, case reviews, and mentorship opportunities
