    We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-regarded regional law firm with a strong presence across Nevada. The firm has built a solid reputation over the years for aggressive, effective advocacy on behalf of both individuals and businesses, with a practice that spans multiple areas of civil litigation.

    With offices spanning northern and southern Nevada, this firm is deeply embedded in the state's legal community and brings courtroom credibility that few regional firms can match. They are growing and are seeking an experienced attorney ready to take on meaningful work from day one.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a civil litigator who wants to work in a collegial environment, carry real responsibility, and grow within a firm that values talent at every level. Depending on experience and fit, the right candidate could be considered anywhere from associate to a more senior role.


    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Manage and litigate civil cases from intake through trial and post-trial motions
    • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and briefs
    • Conduct depositions, hearings, and courtroom appearances across Nevada venues
    • Develop and execute litigation strategy in coordination with senior attorneys and partners
    • Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned analysis on complex Nevada law issues
    • Interface directly with clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
    • Collaborate across practice areas as matters require, including on specialty litigation matters

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Active Nevada State Bar membership in good standing (required)
    • Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience. More experience is welcome up to partner level
    • Demonstrated courtroom and hearing experience in Nevada courts (state and/or federal)
    • Strong understanding of Nevada civil procedure and applicable substantive law
    • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
    • Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team
    • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation

    PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)

    • Experience or demonstrated interest in aviation law is a meaningful differentiator for this role. Candidates with a background in or passion for aviation law; whether through prior cases, industry knowledge, or personal interest are strongly encouraged to apply.
