    Experienced Litigation Attorney wanted by the Law Offices of David Singer & Associates, P.A., based in Hollywood. Join a long-established practice with a sterling local and national reputation. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously in a supportive, small firm environment in one of Florida’s best-known personal injury and maritime law firms.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to the Southern District of Florida Trial Bar. This role requires a self-motivated attorney with a strong litigation background, excellent research and writing abilities, and proven experience in mediation and jury trials.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial motions

    • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

    • Manage discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production

    • Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and jury trials

    • Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and expert witnesses

    • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice

    Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

    • Active member of the Florida Bar

    • Admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, including the Trial Bar

    • Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience

    • Demonstrated experience in mediation and first-chair jury trials

    • Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills

    • Strong courtroom presence and excellent oral advocacy

    • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and independently

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with case management software

    • Spanish-speaking is a plus (if applicable)

    Compensation:
    Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits.

    • Salary commensurate with experience, augmented by (1) commission on cases, (2) a case generation percentage, and (3) a year-end bonus.
