    Hybrid or in-person Litigation Attorney California Licensed attorney (this may be an in-person or hybrid position) Do you have a successful track record representing clients and are interested in mentoring the next generation of legal professionals? Our firm is seeking an experienced hybrid senior attorney who is adept at handling a large caseload and familiar with all aspects of the business litigation process, particularly drafting pleadings and motions, conducting mediations, arbitrations, and working toward a resolution. Construction and/or real estate experience is not required, but is a plus. Responsibilities: • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions • Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings • Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis • Work closely with and provide leadership to the administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings, and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects Qualifications: • Prior experience in business litigation for a minimum of 5 years is required • Required California Bar License • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • California license must be in good standing Compensation: $195,000 - $210,000 per year
