Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, and negotiating on behalf of clients. Daily tasks include handling labor and employment law matters, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in legal proceedings. The role requires a thorough understanding of the law and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong Legal Advice and Research skills
• Excellent Negotiation abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar in the state of California
• Previous experience in a law firm or relevant legal setting is preferred
