The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in civil litigation in a noteworthy organization. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage complex civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the highest quality of service for clients. • Collaborate with a dynamic team of legal professionals to develop innovative strategies that align with client goals and business objectives. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings. • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity. • Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations, advocating passionately for their best interests. • Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and strategic advice throughout the litigation process. • Mentor and guide junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the firm. Qualifications: • The candidate must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. • To qualify, candidates need to have successfully passed the bar exam and maintain good standing with the Alabama Bar Association. • An essential requirement is possessing civil litigation experience • Strong writing and communication skills are a must. • A positive and motivating attitude is necessary to uphold or elevate the standard of conduct and performance within the firm. • Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of practicing as an attorney.
