Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury experience is required)

Location: West Los Angeles, CA

Base salary: up to 150k + bonus

• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO COMMUTE TO WEST LOS ANGELES DAILY FOR WORK

Our client, a defense law firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team.

• ** Qualified candidates will have litigation and personal injury experience**
• Enjoys Litigation
• Motions
• Discovery
• Depositions are a plus
• Trial prep

Responsibilities Include:

• Taking and defending expert and witness depositions
• Drafting original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters
• Drafting discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various parties
• Developing client relationships through oral and written communication
• Preparation for trial, including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists

Qualifications:

• with high energy, willing to do whatever it takes to complete responsibilities on deadline

• Experience in a billable work environment

• Experience with legal research

• Experience with independently handling a caseload

• Superior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail

• _ 3+ years of personal injury and litigation experience is required_

• Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Licensed in California

• Self-motivated individual
