Job Title: General Liability Litigator (Partner-Track)

Location: Philadelphia, PA — Hybrid (team generally comes in about one day per week; travel through Eastern PA, NJ, and NY as client needs require)

The Ideal Candidate

• 8–12 years of experience in complex general liability defense with first-chair trial experience.

• Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

• Hands-on experience with arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and trial coverage; able to try cases start to finish.

• Comfortable drafting pleadings, handling motions/discovery, preparing witnesses, negotiating settlements, and managing logistics/business contracts issues as they arise.

• Proven ability to learn quickly, multitask, and take over active matters in a high-volume practice.

• Strong writing, research, judgment, and client-facing communication; entrepreneurial mindset for business development.
