    Litigation Attorney- Plymouth, MA- Onsite/Hybrid Bernheim Kelley, LLC, has an opening for a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience. Compensation: Commensurate with experience and will be discussed during the interview process Responsibilities: • Manage and assist with all phases of case development, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation • Ability to manage multiple matters independently • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Analysis of documents • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings. • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication • Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines Qualifications: • Minimum 2-5 years civil litigation experience - products liability and personal injury is a plus • Must be a member in good standing with the State of Massachusetts Bar • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent Analytical skills • Organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively • Experience prosecuting and defending at deposition Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 yearly DOE
